Heard of this place thru friends as I just moved here recently. I went there on a Friday night with no expectations. I went to sit at the bar and ordered myself a beer with those bison meatballs. To my left, a young couple was amicably settling their divorce and cracking jokes. HG Sply a popular rooftop bar and patio to visit in Dallas, Texas! This spot has tasty food, great cocktails, warming fire pits and games on the patio, and a wonderful view of the busy city. We played giant jenga for a while and had a fun time! We also ordered the house fries to snack on while sipping on drinks and playing games. If you are looking for a fun spot to hang out with friends in Dallas, HG Sply is a great rooftop bar to add to your Dallas bucket list!

We've been patrons of HG Supply since it first opened years ago and we always enjoy ourselves. We ate dinner on Monday, March 17 and we had the BEST experience yet! Our server's name was Anthony and he took exceptional care of us. He was attentive, engaging, and extremely professional. He was knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients used in the recipes. Their food is very good and there are many soy free and gluten free alternatives! The queso + chips are very tasty even though the queso is made with cashews! Yummy and healthy too!

HG is always a treat. This was actually my first time dining in the restaurant downstairs. We came in during lunchtime and grabbed a seat right away. What blew me away? Apparently HG's menu is almost all gluten free. There's no worry for cross-contamination here and our server was so kind to explain that. We decided to split an app and entree since we weren't too hungry and enjoyed our meal! While I appreciate the concept and was very excited to try this place out , I left feeling extremely underwhelmed. We had the crispy tuna, backyard burger, a smoked chicken salad, and finish line juice. The crispy tuna appetizer was good - but tasted a bit too fishy for my liking ( I say this as someone who absolutely adores sushi, nigiri, and sashimi ) . It's not often you find an entirely gluten free menu, so I'm always going go love HG Sply. Where else can I find gluten free fried chicken sandwiches and meatballs and mac & cheese? HG is known for their clean, simple food and their signature bowls. The menu is stacked with all the proteins ("hunted"), and veggie/rice/bean sides ("gathered") you can think of. Love this place. The food is so good and fresh. I got the ahi tuna with sweet potatoes and the Caesar asparagus as my sides. Everything on the plate was at 10/10. Great vibes with good food and drinks.
