"Great experience!" I visited Orlando from Puerto Rico only to buy a car to my daughter who is moving there. Alexander Cortes worked with me. "Have a faster process and improve the financial experience" The first part of the process works, the sales advisor was really attentive, explained everything and worked extremely well. I started the process around 9:30 am and left the facilities around 3 pm. My main complain is related to the financial process, even though the financial advisor explained everything, there is one big flaw in the process. "Benny " Benny was the most helpful guy ever, he made sure that we looked at all the cars that we wanted to view and also test drive them. "Great sales department, but car service department not at al" My husband got a great car and the sales department (Yazmin and Crista) was a delight to work with. They were very professional and pleasant and they work with you to get you a deal on the car you want. My husband was very pleased with the car, then we had a minor issue with the hood and they made an appointment to get it fixed by Sabrina who is really great and responsible with her job.
