"Great people. Good cars. " The sales force was great to work with. Our salesman was the best. The manager was very nice also. The car was good but not excellent. I had to sort out some stuff once I got home. The muffler was unhooked and rattling, sounding like the car was turbocharged when it is naturally aspirated. "Almost perfect." Overall the experience was good. It was a fairly seamless process for the most part and well organized throughout. However, I am still a but concerned about a transaction with my title. I did a trade in with my veh and because I did not have the title with me, i paid the 80+ dollar tag fee. Mr. Calle told me that if I could find the title and bring it in within a few days that I would be refunded that fee. I did that and have yet to hear from anyone at Hgreg.
