"Great people. Good cars. " The sales force was great to work with. Our salesman was the best. The manager was very nice also. The car was good but not excellent. I had to sort out some stuff once I got home. The muffler was unhooked and rattling, sounding like the car was turbocharged when it is naturally aspirated. The start button was missing after the test drive. Had to buy one on eBay. So the crew in the garage need to step up their game. "Best Valentines Ever!!" This dealership exceeded our expectations when it comes to the their car selection! "Almost perfect." Overall the experience was good. It was a fairly seamless process for the most part and well organized throughout. However, I am still a but concerned about a transaction with my title. I did a trade in with my veh and because I did not have the title with me, i paid the 80+ dollar tag fee. Mr. Calle told me that if I could find the title and bring it in within a few days that I would be refunded that fee. I did that and have yet to hear from anyone at Hgreg.
