"Exceptional Service!" Camilo was very responsive and was very transparent all throughout the process. I told him that my goal was to get in and out of there as quickly as I can. So I started the application for the car that I wanted. The finance team got me a pre-approval the same day. Before coming onsite, Camilo sent me pictures of the car that I wanted and told me to make sure I approve of the carfax. "Test drive and Sales team was awesome..." Positives: Tons of cars, great sales team Negatives: Financing department didn't have their stuff together. We we're pre-approved, had financing lined up with our Credit Union. Once the finance department found out, it was non-stop misinformation and deceit. We ended up purchasing the car but had to work out the details with our credit union after the hassles from the dealership.

"No pressure, efficient buying experience." Great selection of EVs. Well thought out test drive valet system. Porters were quick, responsive.and courteous bringing vehicles up for test drives. No-pressure sales associates give you the bottom line without haggling.

"Great Experience " We had a great experience at Hgreg. Our sales associate, Alex, was very friendly and honest. We felt absolutely zero pressure to purchase anything and ended up purchasing our Lexus here! We also noticed that 90% of people who were being helped, drove away with a new vehicle. The only downside is that they don't allow outside pre approvals and it takes a while to get back to financing if you're there on a busy day.
