"Time consuming but worth it" Went in to get 2015 ES350. Was offered a very fair price on my trade in, almost 5 times what other dealerships tried to give me. Process is time consuming but you are buying a car so it's to be expected. Staff was helpful as well. Only thing I would have asked for is for my car to be cleaned a little better.

"Had everything ready to go" The dealership had the best price on a very hard vehicle to find and i was coming from out of town. I didn't want to be at the dealership all day and Geraldo accommodated my request. He had the car ready to test drive and the paperwork ready as requested. It was extremely busy and the experience was great.
