"Excellent experience" We had just declined an offer of 17k for a 2014 Kia Sorento with 70k miles from a dealer that we had spent all day negotiating when I got a call from HGreg. "Easy and Relaxing experience!" Came in with my current car open to trading. I wanted an SUV and had a set price range and preplanned with a few SUVs already added to my favorites. When I got here I was setup with Emily Gomez. She was fun, funny and easy going. We reviewed a few cars and I made my selection. Everything about her and the experience was unbelievably easygoing! No pressure and extremely friendly! I was 100% satisfied!

"Excellent Customer Service . . . an overall great experience" Yazmin walked us through each step of the way. Jamel was very friendly and Crista was a superstar!! Even the insurance lady was helpful and kind. It was a lengthy process and we had our two young kids with us but the staff at HGreg did an awesome job of making the process easier and more pleasant.

"Pleasant experience! " So far it is the best experience ever when buying a car. Highly recommend. No stress at all, no pushing, very knowledgeable staff, they don't get paid based on commissions so they are not pressure to sell. You buy as is but their inventory is very clean. So far my car is doing perfect. You have 3 days or 300 miles to return or exchange your car. The salesperson was very helpful, patience and I received and answer to all my questions and concerns.

"It was a pleasant experience" Manuel explained every step in the process with me.
