"Pleasant, patient, and efficient. " Came in twice researching and test driving. Both times the experience was efficient and no pressure. Sale staff listened to what I was after, and provided options to choose from. 1st visit Alex took the extra time to walk us out to make sure we saw everything we needed. "Very helpful " Juan was very upfront and honest. Very helpful on helping me find a car that best fits my needs. The quality of the vechicals were better then I had expected.
"Great prices...however, too many additional charges" Great vehicles in great shape. Very pleased with the experience, but way too many “extra” fees brings the price up over $1;000. Also, once the deal is signed there’s too much waiting for financing, even though I took care of things ahead of time. Lastly, the prep department doesn’t clean the vehicle the way I would expect them to do, especially since they charge $899 for prep! "Great service " I came in for a specific vehicle and I walked away with it. Everyone here is very professional and friendly. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with your buy and that you get everything out of your experience. The process was a little long but I feel it’s because they were being very thorough with each step.
