"Excellent service from phone call to car delivery." I have spent several months at various dealerships and was not pleased at all. I always felt like a number. The service at HGreg is fantastic. From our initial phone call to meeting our amazing sales agent Tommy. Managements explanation of the vehicle, to our wonder finance manager. The service was smooth and efficient. "Great customer service! " Super pleased with the service provided by Marcos Gomez, we were able to do our trade and get a vehicle that we really liked, thanks to his suggestions! I would have appreciated a little better time management; our trade could have been appraised while we test drove other cars, and the one we picked could have been cleaned while we did our paperwork-to save some time. We ended up being there over 5 hours, but other than that it was great service!!
"Was a good shopping experience, long day but worth the wait." Was good sales representative, but a lot of customers, I would try to expand certain departments to deal with the volume of customers. Good sales representatives though.

"Amazing place to buy a car" When I first walked into the dealership I had already had the car I wanted picked out. One of my girlfriends and her husband had recommended I go here and see Manny. Not only for helping us find our dream car, but making us feel comfortable in an intimidating environment and with our own anxious buying nerves. Hgreg is the ikea of car shopping. "Marcos is your man! " My husband and I decided to pay a visit to hgreg on our way to Tampa (we live in Lake Mary) to look at another vehicle. We were thankful to be introduced to Marcos, who took the time to show us about 7 different vehicles.
