"Great staff but slightly overpriced" Staff was very friendly, but I had to settle for body damages such as scratches, dents and a piece of the front bumper popping out, as well as defective arm rests, one missing and one half broken. They told me the cars are purchased as is. It would have been nice if they would have taken some off of the price, but they are hard on no negotiation. Luckily, the engine is in great shape.

"Great experience " Manny and Johny took great care of me at the dealership. They were patient, and understanding of how difficult the car buying process can be for someone. Manny showed me multiple options and never pushed me to make a decision quicker than I was ready. I was shown the carfax and the autocheck so I saw the full history on Call the cars I viewed. I got a good deal for the car I chose and I would definitely come back for any used car needs in the future.

"Great experience! " My son referred me to HGreg whom I have never heard of before. We both made the trip to check out the 'newcomer' to the area from Canada. Pleasantly surprised to see the inventory on hand from economic cars to high end vehicles. The rep was Eddie Bush and was patient when I did not buy anything on the first trip, but loved the test drive I took with a vehicle I had a key interest in. "Pleasant but could have been better." I had a great time, however there was a mistake on their end by not providing me key with proper functions (alarm, lock, unlock) for my new car, they only gave me a key that starts the car and not a factory issued key. It was such a big inconvenience because i came home and locked my car and tried to unlock the car and it did not unlock. It turned out the key was not the right one. So I called back and they told me they had the key but they lost it. They need a better management system ... read more

"Great People, great experience!" From the moment we were introduced to Robert, we were treated great. From beginning to end, everyone was very friendly and helpful and made the whole experience very enjoyable. We will definitely use HGreg again when in the market for a used vehicle.

"Absolutely awesome!" The staff went above and beyond! They were able to give me more for my trade with no haggling, just for the deal to go though with a small down payment. I got a great price on a Mercedes and great price on my trade, while the process was lengthy the staff took care of us. Thank you again to the finance team and our sales rep Alexander! I would buy from here again!

"Transparency " HGreg had the vehicle I wanted at a very competitive price. The vehicle was clean and they showed me the complete history on the car as well as pulling up the original window sticker. I also had the opportunity to have the car put up on the rack by their service team in order to completely inspect it. They were very fair on my trade in and the process went smoothly.

"Friendly staff" It was a good experience, banny was honest . When I walked into the door I did had any idea which car I’m going with., but banny helped me choose the right one for me. Shany was a professional finance person, I appreciate that he made the process less stressful. Highly recommended place for reasonable prices.
