"My experience" We had a good experience. Especially compared to Off Lease. Your cars were cleaner and easier to examine. Manny brought the car up and explained all features to us. Once we realized we did not have a manual, he made sure we got one and sent it overnight to us. Everything was very organized and professional in the dealership.
