"Came for a used car and got a great deal on nearly new!!!" I came to buy a great used car and after a lot of assistance getting financing and insurance and everything was taken care of in one visit. Car was detailed before we left and all things were explained in clear language. Geraldo the sales rep was great and friendly. We never felt pressured to get something we didn't need or want. "Happy with my purchase" My sales person Yazmin Martinez was very nice, friendly. The finance manager Johnny was great. The only bad experience was when I went to sign the papers there was the surprise of the $899.00 dealer fee and the $299.00 prep fee. These numbers were never discussed or disclosed earlier or on the website. I love my car but the whole process took a bit longer than it should have.
"Great customer service" I was looking into getting a very specific car they happen to only have it at the Orlando fl location I was in Miami fl I called and they were nice enough to start all the paperwork over the phone and hold the car until I was able to make it in the next day. The sales person that helped me out was Tommy I can’t say enough good thing about him he walked me through the whole process until the keys were in my hand.
