"Happy with my purchase" My sales person Yazmin Martinez was very nice, friendly. The finance manager Johnny was great. The only bad experience was when I went to sign the papers there was the surprise of the $899.00 dealer fee and the $299.00 prep fee. These numbers were never discussed or disclosed earlier or on the website. I love my car but the whole process took a bit longer than it should have.
"Great customer service" I was looking into getting a very specific car they happen to only have it at the Orlando fl location I was in Miami fl I called and they were nice enough to start all the paperwork over the phone and hold the car until I was able to make it in the next day.
