"1st visit" Very solid, and fluid visit. I strictly went their to inquire on who they finance with, and possibly test drive... Tommy Hung did a great job from beginning to end, and Sigrid did a phenomenal job. During the sales process I was comparing her rates of insurance with 4 other ppl. In the end she made sure she saved me the most money (I saved as much as $800 dollars on my insurance), while giving me the features needed. The financing was a very smooth process as well. I was very happy with my visit.

"So far - quality vehicle" It was overall a good experience. The sales rep was great. The financial dept was not; lacked a bit in efficiency while trying to hard sell extras. Plus they were pretty slow; the entire process could have been better expedited. However, I am happy with my purchase and fair price.
