The two room unit was spacious and furnished in a vintage retro look. The grounds were lushly landscaped. Breakfast was very good but slow. The front desk was never open during the stay. The inn is three short blocks from the beach. Grayton Beach is wooded and very laid back compared to the almost hyperactive communities of nearby Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Lodging is limited along 30A unless you plan to rent a cottage or a condo therefore Hibiscus is a good option especially if you want to be close to Watercolor and Seasid... read more

Were so sorry you weren't happy with the breakfast experience. Seeing as were feeding 13 rooms full of people and make, almost everything, fresh on the spot, it can take a little longer than fast food ! Although we aren't able to sit in the office during the day, because were on site cleaning and cooking, our phone numbers are all over the place.... sure do wish you would've let us know you needed us. Hope to see you again

Quaint and charming The Hibiscus was wonderful! My husband and I came down to the area for personal business and stayed two nights. Hibiscus was quaint and charming, very “old Florida”, which I love. The breakfast is excellent as well as the staff. Highly recommend.

An oasis in the tropical heat. Covered in shady trees just a few minutes from one of the best beaches i have been to. Note though, when on the beach move away towards the state park (left off of the board walk) which is much quieter. Lovely hosts who are friendly and I recommend the sausage and cheese frittata for breakfast. Big Easy room is comfortable with a large bathroom designed for disabled use. A lovely relaxing start to our holiday. Thank you all at Hibiscus 🌺
