Great experience, friendly, experienced staff. They took the time to explain procedures and also gave me information about different options to correct a problem if I wanted to do that. Love this clinic 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼!
I've been going to Dr Erickson and hygenist Terri since before he had his own practice.. over 15 years, and now my boyfriend, two siblings, and a good friend also go there. Always prompt, always welcoming, always responsive, always first rate work. I had lots of dental and pain issues as a child and HATED and dreaded going to the dentist. Not any more! I also like seeing the fat squirrels and deer from the treatment rooms.
Yesterday was my first day at Hickman Family Dental. From the receptionist to Zerina, the hygienist , to Dr. Erickson, they were all excellent and very professional as well as being very friendly.
The staff is always efficient and friendly, and the office environment is relaxed. They make it easy to go to the Dentist!
All I can say is the entire staff is wonderful. I have had extensive work done. The staff and Dr. Krehbiel setup a plan and worked with me at my pace. I was embarrassed by my teeth and actually cried on my 1st visit. Dr. Krehbiel always asks me during any procedure if I am doing ok or if I need a break. Had the pleasure of meeting Dr Erickson yesterday equally as nice. You will not be sorry. Thank you for being so understanding, kind and professional.
Brooke is a wonderful hygienist, she knows her job and answers any questions I may have. Dr. Erickson is a wonderful professional and explains what actions I need to take to keep my teeth healthy, The front office is helpful and welcomes everyone when we arrive.
My first visit was great. They pinpointed important problem areas and made immediate appointments to resolve issue. The best part of this clinic is that all can be done in one building and you don't have to go to another clinic to see a specialist. The staff is young and up to date. I am very pleased to have found them.
I really love the staff at Hickman Dental. The front staff always remembers me, Teri is a great, caring hygienist, and Dr. Kreibel is so nice.
