I walked into Hickman Family Dental inquiring about accepting new patients and thirty minutes later I was sitting in “the chair” having routine x-rays and cleaning!!! Who would think going to the dentist could be described as amazing but the dentists and their staff are just that! Kind, courteous, compassionate, gentle, professional....the list goes on. I had fallen and chip my front teeth. I called and they saw me the next day. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. I was pleased with Dr Krehbiel professionalism. My new teeth looks very nice.

The hygienist, Alex was prompt, professional, personable, and seemed as thorough as my previous hygienist has been during past regular dental exams. As always, the office staff greeted me upon entering for my appointment and cordial and professional in dealing with my insurance and other billings.
