Wonderful practice. Everyone is very helpful, kind and professional. I was referred to this group by a friend that spoke very highly of them. After several visits, they have secured my trust as well.
My first time coming here was just this week. The staff was super welcoming, knowledgeable, and not affraid to go above and beyond. They truly care and you don't find that everywhere. I recently switched to this office and I'm truly glad I did. I have been at Hickman Family Dental for many years. They have always delivered competent, friendly dental care in a clean, calm environment.
Staff is very customer orientated and polite. Great clean environment, especially the restrooms. The dr. Does exceptional work, I would come back for a vasectomy. I highly recommend Hickman family dental.
I love coming to this office, it is never a dull moment. Between Dr. Erickson's lovely chair side manner and the great friendly staff I never fear going to the dentist. They are able to schedule my appointment times around my work schedule and they are very accommodating. One of the best dental offices I have been to in the DSM Area, keep up the great work Hickman Family staff, you're the best :)
Very happy with my first app't. Everyone was helpful including the dentist who very nicely , explained what was needed and then we agreed what he would do and he did it today with just one call back. Very nice staff.
I had a concern but forgot the phone number, so I traveled 12 miles to try and get an appointment. I was pleasantly pleased to be given an appointment on the spot. My concern was handled superbly by the hygienist and dentist who wanted to double check the situation. I was given a cleaning, instructions on how to stay on top of this issue, and an oral anti-biotic. The receptionists were very welcoming and all were focused on my needs. I left feeling fantastic and hopeful of conquering this issue. What more can one expect?
