When i movef from KC to DSM four years ago, I chose Hickman Family Dental from the reviews and how close it was to my house. I moved from Urbandale to the South Side over a year ago but wanted to continue with Hickman Family Dental for the great team they have there! I hadn't been to a dentist for a while because my previous dentist retired. I found them to be very knowledgable, friendly, & helpful - everyone.
I went to Hickman Family Dental today as a new patient and have only good things to say about my experience. The check in process was quick and did not entail pages and pages of paperwork, which was nice! The employee that cleaned my teeth was thorough and was very conscious of sensitive areas within my mouth, making it painless and enjoyable, which is saying a lot for a dental cleaning. I had my first preventive cleaning and exam yesterday. It was a wonderful experience. My hygienist was amazing! She did a great job cleaning my teeth as well as making me feel welcome and comfortable. She was great! Dr. Erickson was very personable and kind. You can tell he really cares about his patients and is good at what he does! He took his time welcoming me to his dental office and making sure I didn't have any concerns or questions. Hickman Family Dental takes the PAIN out of visiting the dentist. Terri, my hygienist is always a pleasure and does a fantastic job taking care of my smile! Dr. Krehbiel is always great to deal with. All the staff are helpful! They even run their office ON TIME ! I've never had a bad experience here! Highly recommended!
