Overall I do enjoy the apartment I live in. There’s lots of amenities and things included. The appliances are nice, as I have a dishwasher, garbage disposal, ice maker, decent sized oven and a microwave and in unit laundry. There’s a tennis court, a gym, and a pool on the property as well. If I was to say one thing they could improve on though would be the tennis court (which is usually covered in leaves and acorns etc), the pool (which you are only allotted 2 guests per unit), and the gym (lots of things for cardio, but mis... read more
It's a great community. I have fantastic neighbors. The maintenance men that I have met are very professional and courteous. In my dealings with the front office, they have been very fast and responsive in the very few times I've needed to contact them.
Kelsea was more than accommodating. She went out of her was to assist us with Cox, CORT furniture, and our U-Pack deliveries and set-up before we even arrived. The gift pack was a nice touch. Toilet paper woyld have been nice😊. Now that’s customer service!
Great community! My dog recently passed away and they even sent me a card with all their signatures on it. So sweet and thoughtful. The staff are all amazing! We love it here!
Leasing office is really helpful and effective communicators. Any issues that need responding to by maintenance is done incredibly fast. Community events are also fun outings and fellow residents are so friendly.
