We were searching for wedding venues in February for our October wedding, and were set on a "rustic" feel, but not too pinteresty. I came across Walters Wedding Estates in my searches, and ALL of their venues are gorgeous, but something about the not-even-built-yet Hidden Pines Chapel caught our eye. On the day of my wedding I completely enjoyed myself and had no problems with the venue or the staff! It was a beautiful ceremony and reception! However, leading up to the wedding was frustrating! We saw the venue through a virtual tour first and fell in love. Thank goodness it was finished in time for our November wedding! We were promised a couple things that didn't happen. Hidden Pines is an absolutely beautiful wedding venue! From the beautiful furnishings, to the stonework, wooden floors, and chandeliers, it is easily the prettiest venue we've seen! It looks gorgeous in pics. The staff was very helpful and responsive to anything we needed. Highly recommended.

We are so excited to be getting married here next year! It looks to be a promising, beautiful venue. I can't give this venue 5 stars because well it's not built yet and we haven't had our wedding yet, but I'm sure this will be a 5 star wedding venue. I love that we get to bring in outside catering. Tania has been very helpful, promptly returning our emails and keeping us up to date! Cannot wait for the big reveal in August!!!

This venue will be really nice once completed. I love the amount of guests it can hold, and the layout. The customer service is not that great. The coordinators are okay, but don't show a genuine interest in your wedding. You can tell they are "at work" not loving what they do. There's no excitement or enthusiasm and everything is cut and dry. Hoping this will change for all future brides. There are so many options this can discourage brides from booking. Overall, pretty venue.

We just had a wedding held at Hidden Pines Chapel Hill a week ago. We had a bad experience with our experience day of due to the lack of coordination with individuals working day of. The venue coordinator did not deliver the right information causing many day of details to be missed. There were missing items such as easels, tables for dessert table, cheeseboard table and no welcome drinks. The bathrooms were dirty, food was not delivered out in time. I recently had my wedding here, what was promised an “exceptional experience” was far from it 👎🏻 To start off many of my texts/emails were never responded from Adam “coordinator” or Karissa “lady that gets you to sign contract” disappears once contract is signed! We got the most expensive package (elite) But when it was time for the rehearsal Adam forgot about us and we had to practice outside in humid heat followed by a crazy storm soon after. BEWARE of signing a contract with this venue. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we are having to postpone our wedding until a later date. A vast majority of the guests may not be able to attend. Hidden Pines is NOT willing to discuss ANY amount of refund for guests that do not attend. This company is taking a hard stance on maintaining their contracts when most other businesses are doing everything possible to accommodate their customers during this state of national emergency. I have thought not to review this venue, but it has been over a month since my daughter’s wedding and I cannot keep my thoughts to myself. The venue it self is beautiful. But there are issues with Hidden Pines: Either our DJ’s system was the issue or the room it self . Music seemed to echo, & I could not hear my husband’s speech. The coordinator was very pushie, and she was told to not be. The food was not visible appealing. The green beans were salty, and looked and did not taste like they were fresh.
