Fire the office manager. I was a 14 year client, and the front office staff became very rude after she was hired 2 years ago. I chose to take my pet elsewhere recently.

This has to be the worst animal hospital I've ever been to. The front office staff is very rude and unhelpful. I've had multiple times where the meds provided didn't have the proper instructions, they don't keep any of their information up to date. Even when trying to get Heartworm Medication, after being told my dog didn't need to be tested again they still refused to refill her prescription.
