We noticed drops of water coming from a can in the kitchen ceiling. After having it checked several times to determine where the water was coming from, Chris Whitmore located the issue. The water was coming from a broken ring on the toilet that was causing water to leak down to the kitchen ceiling onto the floor. What a mess! Employees need to double check their work before turning on the water to the house. My wife and I were up until 2am last night with the remediation company addressing the leak from the upstairs bathroom. Now, there is no ceiling in the living room, fans and dehumidifiers are screaming, and the repair work can't start until everything is dry. My wife will have to find another place to host her niece's wedding shower. I really hope you step up to the plate and make EVERYTHING better again.
Imagine your sewer line backing up into your shower and under your toilet at 9pm on a cold Friday night in late November. Panic sets in quickly. What on earth do you do? Who do you call? The High Priority guys came running, capes flying in the wind. 2 days, 2 holes in the ground to find the broken pipe, break up the driveway, dig another monster hole, fix the pipe, put all the dirt back. You guys are my heroes. I recommend this company to everyone I know who needs plumbing help. They are the best!!
