Sent a message to fb asking for help because my children clogged their toilet 😰🤢 got a phone call within 30 mins and was put first thing on the schedule for the next morning. worst service i've ever had from any company. didn't even call to cancel - just made me wait for days.
It seems to happen more often a story will pop up in the news about the worst of the worst contractors/service technicians . Therefore we worry about who we should call for help. Are the contractors going to be honest? Will I be over charged? Am I going to have to deal with half completed jobs? This is not what happened to me! We had a leak between the water meter and where the water supply line entered our basement. Brandon Perry came out and was very professional and recommended replacing the entire line from the meter to the house. Pricing was good and I agreed to proceed. The crew came out on a Thursday and completed the repair in a timely manner. Overall initial execution was great but that is not the end of the story. My warranty company assigned High Priority to take care of three plumbing issues I had--they never contacted me (didn't even attempt as I can see all missed calls), and then sent me an email asking for a review. Hmm... Anyway, I called my warranty company back after almost a week with no contact from High Priority, and they assigned me a great plumber who called that day and came out to do the work within two days. Terrible company! Racist! Even the Savannah Supervisor has rebel flag tattoo on right arm and makes no quam about hating "niggers".. You will not be treated fairly with these guys.. BEWARE
Started the year with a clogged drain and jammed garbage disposal, I called High Priority Plumbing , my technician name was Michael, he listen to what was going wrong checked my drains had the clog gone in our time and check to ensure it was completely clear but he had to do a little more for my disposal, he got that fixed and even showed me how to maintain it. I don't know if it's your business model to have your plumbers' schedules so jammed packed that they drive like complete jerks in way too big of a hurry or if this particular driver was just in that big of a hurry on his own, but I will never use your services just based on your employee and the poor reputation he just gave your business on Hwy 36 today.
