We had a pool and hot tub installed by Highland Construction about 3 years ago. The selection and installation went incredibly well. However, what I also wanted to highlight is in the last 3 years, they have come over to the house when a thing or two needed to be fixed or replaced under warranty, and always have been responsive and kind. They do not just sell you a pool and leave, they build a relationship and always stand behind their work, Nora and Evan are great people and awesome to work with.
My parents purchased a diving board, solar cover and filtration system from them for their existing pool. Being seniors, it was important to deal with honest people who didn't over sell and gave good advice. They also re-tiled the edge a few years ago which made it look new. Nora didn't loose her patience with them for changing their mind or being indecisive. Also mom and dad were looking for quality without being taken to the cleaners...Thank you!
I hired Highland Construction Al Smith, Nora and Evan ( his kids) in 2016 to resurface my pool and install new stepedge tile and a skimmer. They started late and they never did the job properly. Upon completion, we realized they never removed the existing tile that the contract said was going to be done, the poor workmanship bad communication skills.
