Lack of communication and follow through but potential for growth I believe if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all. WOW Reported furnace failure on Saturday- repair completed one hour later!
So Far so Good Just moved in here but great experience so far. Hopefully, it stays like this.
Scary reviews but great place! Was a little scared to move in because some of the reviews are horrible. But I believe the new management has made some amazing changes and still are working every day to make this place better! I moved in about a week ago and it has been a great experience! My apartment is spacious and I am happy I chose to move in! There were a few things that needed to be fixed but maintenance came by super quickly and fixed everything! Staff was great!! Very helpful, I was treated great they bent over backwards to accommodate me! Yes some things needed fixing but they took care of them very quickly. I can't thank them enough for the effort made on my behalf.
New Management Management is working very hard to put this place back into shape, and I’m very pleased with the maintenance staff they are fast and efficient.
Welcome Home Only one gripe with the delay I had to wait for maintenance to get issues resolved. Management is great. Pool isn’t open yet though.
Very well run I love the way this place is ran. The staff is super friendly and helpful, if anything needs done it gets done promptly. I would recommend these apartments to everyone.
