I appreciate how when I have a maintenance issue, they’re very polite and they come within the next day to fix the issue with no problem. Although I do wish they would give us a grace period for rent with certain circumstances I appreciate how they contact you for rent when you’re late rather than being rude about it.

The apartment it self is not bad but the owners are terrible. AIY properties need to bought out
