Property management must show more empathy to tenant complaints. In general there seems to be an ethos of not caring.

This is the worst apartment I have EVER lived in. I had my tub filling up with other residents dirty water, and no money was deducted from my $570 monthly rent (for a one bedroom tiny apartment) and I had to find somewhere to shower for over A WEEK. Then I had an issue with centipedes (I've already killed 8 of them) and I called about an exterminator who never showed up. And lastly i could never put furniture on my patio because my AC unit continuously leaked water into my patio, causing mold and moss to grow. And maintenan... read more
Wont give us our Security Deposit back!! We did everything right! Spotless and cleaned when we left! Says deposit was a Sure Deposit and not a security deposit. $700 Crooks!
By far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Over priced not well kept. I had rats running around my building and no one picked up after their dogs. And I was told when I moved in 2 years ago that my toilet needed to be replaced (it was cracked at the base,leaked all over my floor and didn't flush properly). Still has not been taken care of to this day. Not worth half of cost of rent
If you want to live somewhere where the management doesn't care about their tenants, then live here. I wish I could rate better, but I was treated terribly here and continue to have problems with them 3 months after leaving. It's to the point now to where an attorney will be getting involved. Highly do not recommend.
Would rate better, but the front office staff has a tendency to lie. Was promised a call from the manager in April. Still haven't revived that call.
Apartment itself was nice but the people that lived there were extremely loud and rude. After we moved in a family of 6 moved into a two bedroom apartment across the hall. The kids screamed all day. Also we heard every footstep of people that walked up the steps the whole time we lived there, day and night.
