It is quiet... (Verified Renter) It is quiet and a lovely location! Close enough to major freeways and stores, but out enough for privacy and views.
We love this apartment community We've lived here a little over a month and love it. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The grounds are beautiful. It's very quiet, yet there are lots of friends for our son to play with. And it feels very safe. At move-in we asked for a couple of very minor maintenance items and they were taken care of immediately! So, we couldn't be more pleased with our decision.

Only having one... (Verified Renter) Only having one trash compactor is a big pain. instead of being able to walk to strategically placed trash bins, we have to drive each time. oftentimes the compactor is full and folks leave all the trash outside the compactor.. it also needs to have CLEAR AND EASY operating instructions... but it still won't stop folks from putting large bulk items in there... we needs BIN(S) ... one on each corner of property..

Luxury apartment homes unlike anything you'll find near San Antonio! Situated about 25 miles northwest of San Antonio (take IH 10 West), and 5 miles before Boerne, you'll find The Hills at Fair Oaks. The complex is about four years old and sits back off the frontage road of IH 10 nestled among huge oak trees. The builder actually kept the trees! Location Luxury The location of these apartments is perfect. It's very secluded and you feel like you're in the country but you drive a few mins either way and you're either in the busy city of San Antonio or the old town of Boerne. It's the perfect mix of peace and quiet while not being too far away from what you need or want. The interior of the apartments is also nice.
