Cars are getting stolen and broken into I've lived here for a year. And personally experienced my car getting stolen out of this apartment complex parking lot. Things are broken in my apartment and a good ol fixing will restore it until it breaks again. We stopped using our dishwasher for this reason.
Much better a year ago. This Hills was a very nice place a year ago when we moved in but the same cannot be said at present. The place is dirty with no one cleaning up the complex. If you are interested in renting there than walk around the whole property before making your final decision instead of just seeing the apartment building you will live in. Lease rate always... (Verified Renter) Lease rate always raising. High fees for electronic rent payments. Terrible about enforcing property rule. Especially leaving trash at apartment doors.
