Outstanding Dentist in Every Way I have been completely impressed with Dr. Fainberg and his complete staff. His operation uses the latest technology and they are an efficient operation. He is prompt and responsive, when you need to get advice from him. He is a great teacher as well as very personable. best dental experience, the Dr is awesome & his staff is very helpful & umderstanding I have been going to Dr. FAinberg since May of 2014. The service that he provided for me was/is outstanding! He is very professional and knows his stuff! If I ever had/have any questions regarding my treatment, he gets back to me very fast, even if it\'s after hours. Great hygienist I love the hygienist that cleans my teeth, she is nice and does a great job. This last vist I was left waiting the chair up to 30 minutes after my appointment, and when they finally started cleaning my teeth she had to leave to take care of something else ( asked by dentist) leaving me again sitting for a while. She did apologize. I was there for a 10am appointment and left at 11:20am. For just a teeth cleaning. Very impressed with Dr. Fainberg and his staff After having a horrible experience with my last Dentist, I was very impressed with Hilltop Dental Group. The office is spotless, quite & seemed the equipment was state of the art. The staff is amazing, gentle & friendly. Dr. Fainberg listened to all my concerns & put my anxiety at ease. everyone I had contact with gave me great service and 100% attention. Originally I stopped in because a crown had fallen off and your office was handy & you were able to handle me immediately as a walk-in...! Appreciated the service and attention - from the front desk through assistants (so professional it is hard to call then assistants), my hygienist (great advice) & finally to Dr.Fainberg.
