Had reservations about some things. I don\'t understand your rating range. All was fine Except the cleaning and doctor check at the end. I had to tell the hygienist she had not removed my usual heavy lower front plaque buildup. She did it then did not polish that section. I apologize for having neglected to wear hearing aids, and Iit may be the Dr. did not check on the work because we could not communicate well. - Office cleanliness - 1 Star

First Time I Haven\'t Dreaded Going to the Denist! I only wish I had found Hilltop sooner! Although certain procedures will always have some level of discomfort, Dr. Fainberg is excellent about ensuring the pain/discomfort is manageable, including allowing breaks from the drilling or giving a little more novocaine. Very comfortable with Dr. Fainberg, staff & assistants! For a person always nervous about visiting a dentist, I found Dr. Fainberg quite professional, friendly and I was at ease with his explanation of treatments. He made me very comfortable, plus the staff and assistants as well. I look forward to having my finished product done, but I will be back for more treatments if needed!
