Very nice staff, clean and right in the heart of Downtown Chandler. Walk to everything!
Check in was quick and the room was clean but there were issues. The AC in the room seemed to only have two settings freezing or blowing out warm air and made a noise when the fan stopped blowing that made it hard to sleep. the bathroom pipes made a loud clicking noise that sounded like our rv water pump. They were out of creamer for the coffee and sold out of sunscreen and the restaurant was closed for two mornings even though we paid extra for the free breakfast. Loved the mini fridge and microwave. The location was great. Right by several restaurants and bars. The “free” hotel parking in the structure is actually $15 per stay. Not much, but not free. Front desk didn’t tell us that at check in. Only at check out. The housekeeper that cleans your room is only by request. They won’t clean, restock, or make bed unless you ask. Pool area is small.
