I liked the location of the hotel and also it was new so very good condition. The location is great for walking downtown Chandler. The only thing I didn't like is since it was downtown, Friday night was really loud so that was a drawback. But we also expected it since we were staying downtown.
Love the hotel itself but the surrounding bars with bands playing until 1 am is not my idea of a comfortable nights rest

Newer hotel, great location. Great location in downtown Chandler. Close to many very good restaurants and local event locations. Newer hotel in very nice condition.

I'd stay here again This hotel is in an excellent location for walking to enjoy all the amenities of downtown Chandler. Staff was courteous. The open air lobby and restaurant area for happy hour and/or breakfast was very ideal. Hotel overall and rooms all very clean & comfortable. Only downfall - the fun bar/eatery right across from front door of hotel is all open air - with a band every night - that plays until 12am - 1:30am (depending on day of week) and so, any rooms in front of hotel are subject to hearing that band unti... read more
This property is fairly new and is well maintained. The location is perfect for spending time in Chandler. The only negative was we were told there was not a breakfast option on Monday's at the hotel.
