Good except for Parking Fee The hotel itself is fine - relatively modern decor and amenities like USB outlets in the room. My issue is with parking. There's a city parking garage just out the back door with 600+ spaces available. The hotel clearly pays to allow guests to use certain spaces on the first floor that are reserved for hotel use, but all the others are freely available (no gate on garage or posted signs about overnight parking). When asked at the front desk, I was told free parking in the garage was NOT an option ... read more

I would like to apologize for your experience. We try to make sure that we notify on all of channels about out parking charges. The only overnight parking that is allowed is for the guests in the hotel designated spots. I again do apologize for this situation that you experienced.
