Family time It is a busy area for dining and shops. The hotel is right in the middle.
After our first night, we noticed our room wasn't cleaned. We called the front desk and were told we hadn't requested the room to be cleaned. We weren't told at check-in that we needed to request the room to be cleaned. It was corrected immediately after our call to the front desk
Great location! The location is excellent! Walking distance to many great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The staff was friendly. The mattresses are probably due for an update (a dip in the bed). Overall great experience and would go back. Again, can't beat the location!
I liked that this was walking distance to everything you need in downtown Chandler. Saying that you can hear cars in the parking garage and people walking around late at night talking outside. The rooms were okay. Overpriced for the quality in my opinion. Definitely not worth $200 per night.
