Clean, polished and nice location, highly recommend
Not exactly welcoming. Waited over 15 minutes for the guy at the desk to check us in. He was on the phone and didn't acknowledge the line of people in front of him. Two people actually left. The room was freezing cold when we walked in. There was ONE regular coffee pod for the Keurig. There were two paper cups for coffee but no cups for water, wine, etc. We had a 'glass' of wine in a disposable coffee cup. Surprisingly underwhelming for a new hotel.
Love this hotel.. staff was super nice and I will definitely stay there again.
I liked the location of the hotel and also it was new so very good condition. The location is great for walking downtown Chandler. The only thing I didn't like is since it was downtown, Friday night was really loud so that was a drawback. But we also expected it since we were staying downtown.
