I am answering this survey baste on my booking for my adult children staying there. They gave me positive feedback but we didn’t get into it a lot! There back in California now.
The staff was very friendly and even offered me a cold water at check in.
Absolutely wonderful room, and the hotel overall was really attractive.
The hotel is clean and conveniently located.
Not concerned about Eco-Friendly, when booking. I see there's a mandatory entry field for Eco-Friendliness... I didn't observe anything Eco-Friendly, I wasn't watching for anything Eco-Friendly, and I don't care if this place was Eco-Friendly. I wasn't looking for "Eco-Friendly" when I was looking for a place to stay. Not my concern. I rated "Eco-Friendly" at the bottom of the tier, because... Not my concern. Hilton Garden Inn Chandler - Downtown was excellent. I left my black pen in my room, but I really dont expect to see it again. Other than that, It was a nice stay.
