The location of this hotel is excellent and the hotel is brand new. They do offer happy hour and breakfast, but not complimentary. Our room was not ready at check in, but we were early. Was told we would get a phone call which never happened, had to check back ourselves. Only other complaints are pool was small and no water or shampoo in our room.

Is in an area with live bands and brew pubs. Parking was limited at night because brew pub patrons park in the lot.

The room was nice. We had a clicking sound coming from the bathroom every hour. So much to do around the area of the Hotel.

Good hotel. Great location. Mew hotel so I guess still working out the kinks. First day water during shower turned off without warning. Then about 3 minutes later came back in slowly. I’m guessing pressure regulator is glitchy.

Good stay It was a great stay. Only complaint was it took us almost 2 hours to eat breakfast at their little diner. Other than that highly recommended.

The property is located in the heart of downtown Chandler with walking access to shops and restaurants. Parking on weekend evenings are packed so best to stay in walking distance. Hilton customers are able to use the parking garage located right next to hotel. Noise level is a bit louder due to restaurants outdoor dining and entertainment.
