Hotel is located downtown near several restaurants and bars. Parking is difficult after 3 pm as some patrons from nearby businesses park in hotel parking.

In the heart of Chandler Very clean and quiet. Surrounded by wonderful places to eat. Plenty of live music options every evening.

A quick stopover on our drive to visit family. We are happy with this location, although the nightlife is much like a college atmosphere in the neighborhood. Lots of restaurants nearby to get food ven at 9pm when we arrived. Friendly staff at checkin. Mostly quiet & comfortable.

The location of this hotel is excellent and the hotel is brand new. They do offer happy hour and breakfast, but not complimentary. Our room was not ready at check in, but we were early. Was told we would get a phone call which never happened, had to check back ourselves. Only other complaints are pool was small and no water or shampoo in our room.
