This is a new hotel and it is appointed very nicely. It is located in the heart of downtown Chandler, so there are great shops and restaurants within easy walking distance surrounding the hotel. Loved that! The rooms are clean and superb. I'm giving them a 4-star only because some of the amenities that I'm used to getting have been suspended and/or changed by Hilton. The location was great. Right downtown next to restaurants and bars. Our room overlooked downtown which was worth the extra $. But there was a big hair ball on the wall of the shower and It took three requests for the shower to be cleaned and I ended up taking the hair ball out myself the next day when I showered. I received a breakfast voucher and I went to use it with my other breakfast vouchers that I paid extra for and there was no breakfast being served. They don’t serve breakfast during the week? Very nice hotel, but thin walls. The hotel was beautiful - you could tell it is new. The room was very nicely laid out and spacious. The service was good. The only issue, which was very surprising, was how thin the walls are. You can hear people in the next room and from the sound of it, they were speaking in a normal voice. This woke us up at 2:30 in the morning. Very strange in new construction.
