Hotel staff were great with accomodating are needs right way. Room was large and wonderful however the pillows on the beds were very uncomfortable they went flat almost immediately, i would suggeat taking your own pillow.
It looks like a great hotel. I've stayed in worse but they were a lot cheaper. The beds were so uncomfortable. That little "dial a snooze" is a load of bs. Housekeeping never came to straighten up our room or even take our trash. We were traveling with a toddler in diapers, kind of necessary. The breakfast wasn't bad. It would've been a great complimentary breakfast but I ended up paying $30 for bagels, cream cheese, and juice. The staff just stood around talking. I had to go up and ask someone for the check. Friendly staff, clean rooms and all around nice location and facility.
Very comfortable, clean, and friendly staff! The room was comfortable, my family enjoyed the stay.
