Luminosity One night stay, lovely. Helpful desk staff, lovely commodius room. Clean, bright, new. Lovely bathroom. Reading light. Great general lighting, a rare amenity in hotels these days. Highly recommend.
Service and personnel were excellent. However, the bed was soooo hard and could not be adjusted to a softer setting. Stayed for three nights and did not get one night of rest. BEDS NEED TO BE CHECKED. Other than the beds, it was a great place to stay.
New hotel, great staff The hotel is very new and in great condition. The staff - front desk, managers, wait staff, kitchen staff - were all very friendly and helpful.
Bright and cheery One very annoying thing: the bathroom door always swung open straight into the room's door. Therefore, upon entering the room, one had to be very careful not to slam straight into it. Other than than that, the stay was great. Housekeeping was very accommodating, the breakfast personel were friendly and went out of their way to help, and the whole place was bright and cheery. I would definitely stay there again.
