This was a great hotel. We enjoyed our weekend stay and the staff and rooms were nice and clean. The big issue I had was that they didn't offer many toiletries that one would expect to see at ( even the "lower rated/budget") hotels. I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but there was no shampoo or conditioners offered in the bathroom. I also had forgotten my toothbrush and expected to be able to ask the front desk for one. Great location and hard to get books up fast with all of the students parents. We book usually 4 to 5 months early.

Great place to stay for a decent price. The staff is professional and helpful, rooms are clean and comfy. The only thing that would have made the stay perfect is a complementary breakfast, but you usually don't get that in these nice hotels.
The hotel was an easy base for shopping and visiting K-State. The neighborhood was nice, staff was friendly and the room clean
