Wonderful wait staff! Wait staff always right there to help you. We told them our coffee pot did not work, they promised it would be replaced, it was (2nd one did not work either). Everything was nice & clean. Waitress helped us find a table for six by moving tables around. Only change we would ask for would be a softer bed. (The number changer did not work in either of the rooms our party stayed.) Would we come back? Probably....due to the wonderful & helpful staff!

This hotel was very clean and well maintained with a great staff and location. The only complaint we had was the comfort of the beds. They had an adjustable comfort level on the bed, but trying both soft, medium and firm still didn't make the bed comfortable. Therefore, we didn't sleep well and went home with sore backs.

Presidential suite The room did not have a bath tub, and the adjustable beds didn't work. I didn't feel the room was worth the price.

Wonderful hotel, with the exception of the beds. They are adjustable, but either ours were not working, or they remain very firm even at the lowest setting.

K State Game Hotel and staff were great. The staff couldn't have been nicer and the hotel is in great shape.
