Exceptional Excellent service staff very helpful and Informative
Great Spot - Reasonable Price If I have to pick something, the shower is horrible. Once you figure out how to actually find the hot water, (which is not really hot) the water pressure is really bad. The lifts are a little slow but that is common in multi-story busy hotels. Location was fantastic - really close to Broadway, Times Square and Central Park, yet no noise in the room.
