Perfect for a nice stay downtown with lots of sights in walking distance. No complementary water and pricey for the relatively basic room. The staff was great, super nice and welcoming. Great atmosphere! The room was perfectly clean and the view from the 34th floor amazing.

Good for quick, short stays. Can't ask for a better location. The bed could have been comfier. It felt squeaky and was lumpy, lacking support. For the price, I think the hotel could upgrade the quality of the mattress. Having some ready to use cutlery would also be helpful. Otherwise, the room had everything you need. The location was perfect, had everything nearby - grocery store, pizza by the slice, bakeries, subway, Central Park, what have you. But you definitely pay (a lot) for this location. Good Receptionist tough No facility Location
Value for money No need for plastic cups in bathroom/room. It can be a normal cup to help the environment. Value for money, big comfy room, nice tv channels, nice view.
Beyond awesome place, I’d stay here again Idk, maybe I the fact that it didn’t include breakfast, but it’s not like it a bad thing It’s beyond great, I was on the 20th floor so it helps a lot to sleep from the nyc noise, it’s close to central park as well
