Very Good 1) The elevators, while fast, would often take a while to arrive. 2) The HVAC was powerful, but also quite noisy. Bring earplugs. 3) The thermostat is so bright - it illuminates the room. But there is a sort of notch around it so you can hang a towel over it. 4) I stored bags for the afternoon when the room wasn't ready. They said they would be in a locked room. Great Stay in a Convenient Location The room was smaller than expected, but that's typical for congested cities like New York. Despite this, the amenities were well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay. Great location, comfortable sleep, just what you need Need to clamp down on people smoking cannabis in the rooms. Very strong a couple of mornings (floor 13 so definitely inside the building) Ideal location, still close to everything but without the noise of Times Square
Would definitely recommend! We had an amazing city view & the room was bigger than expected! Staff were very friendly & helpful. Perfect location for exploring the city - would definitely recommend staying here.
