We enjoyed our stay and would probably return The lifts were a bit of a pain - very slow during peak times. Clearly not enough of them for a 30+ floor building Well located with helpful staff. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were a decent size.

Overall everything was clean and the location was exceptional. I would stay at the hotel again. The elevators need improvement. They don’t have a facility elevator so guests have to wait sometimes 15 minutes for the elevator to arrive. Location was wonderful!!!
Perfekt für eine Reise nach NYC als Familie Leicht in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok. Das Hotel lag für uns perfekt mitten in Manhattan zum morgendlichen Joggen im Central Park. Die Westside hat zudem viele tolle Restaurants um die Ecke und natürlich den Times Square, die Musicals, die Met und das MoMA sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten 1 Zimmer mit unseren zwei Teenagern mit 2 Betten. Etwas beengt, aber total ok. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Zimmerservice kommt nur jeden zweiten Tag.
