Pleasant The room service was awful. We requested for everyday room service, and they only cleaned our room once during our 3-night stay. The mattress and pillows are old and uncomfortable. The location was great. It is close to the Central Park and Metro.

Pleasant Das Personal war schon beim Check-in unfreundlich und hat falschen Preis abgebucht, dies wurde zwar auf meinen Hinweis korrigiert, hat aber einen schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Frühstückskarten gab es nur für Erwachsene, es hieß, dass Kinder keine benötigen. Am nächsten Tag erwartete uns eine böse Überraschung, die Kinder benötigen doch Frühstückskarten und diese wurden vom Booking.com nicht mitgebucht. Super Pas très pratique de faire une machine à laver et un sèche linge car il faut avoir 8 dollars en pièces de 24 cents et la réception ne fait pas la monnaie. Il faudrait un monnayeur dans le local à machine à laver. Hôtel propre et moderne Vue de la chambre
Je recommande cet hôtel et j’y retournerai L’ascenseur qui prend une éternité, les gens le savent, ils prennent systématiquement l’escalier Le lit est un peu dur pour moi Bon rapport qualité/prix Emplacement Propreté On peut bien dormir car on n’entend pas le bruit de la rue
