Excelente Aire del cuarto. Por La noche era horrible, no enfriaba. Habitación estaba super bien. Recepción super cómoda. Atención al cliente super, importante habla español o ayudaban entender. Área comer super atento.
Dieses Mal leider weniger erfreulich! Wir sind regelmässig in diesem Hotel - waren noch eine Woche vor dem letzen Aufenthalt dort und sehr zufrieden. Bisher war immer alles bestens. Hatten dieses Mal leider ein ziemlich abgewohntes Zimmer, besonders was den Bodenbelag und das Mobilar anbetraf. Ausserdem war das "Receiption Desk" quasi handlungsunfähig im Chaos versunken, da gerade eine Softwareumstellung im Echtbetrieb erfolgte!!! Wäre das unser erster Eindruck gewesen, würde wir das nächste Mal ggf. anders entscheiden. Hoff... read more

Très agréable séjour. Je conseille sans souci ! Nous y avons séjourné 13 nuits au global. Hotel très agréable à proximité de Central Park (idéal pour les runners, cyclistes, basketteurs, ou tout autre activités, idéal pour flanner et assister aux matchs base ball des new yorkais tous les jours et idéal pour des pic-nic sur les étendues de verdure), des commerces de bouche (un whole food market à 500 m ou un super marché ouvert jusqu'à minuit au bout de la rue) et métro. Good Thermostat made getting room temperature comfortable very difficult. It was reading about 10 degrees cooler than it felt and was on an automated schedule that made adjustments only temporary. For example, it would revert to the hotels programming at 11:30 pm nightly, which was uncomfortably hot given that it appeared to be reading the room temperature incorrectly. Staff and location were good. Room was decent for the price point and location.
