Valeu a pena! Tivemos uma situação com uma atendente grosseira, pois reclamamos que o microondas não funcionava e ela foi super grosseira com meu esposo e não resolveu a situação. E com relação a limpeza do quarto, tivemos que pedir 3 vezes para que fosse limpo todos os dias. Gostaria de ressaltar que apenas 1 atendente foi grosseira, o restante dos funcionários foram bacanas! Excelente localização, cama confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso
It was good, but probably would try a different hotel if I come again. The sliding door to the bathroom; you could hear everything that was going on in there. No fan in the bathroom. Your elevators are super too slow. I don't think that can be fixed, but did not like waiting for them, especially when it got busy. Bed was comfortable, TV good. Amenities were good.
Good place The lobby was so small, and I couldn’t find anywhere to fill Up a water bottle. Centralized location . The bed was so comfy and so were the pillows.
A localização e as instalações do hotel são EXCELENTES! Tivemos problema com a cafeteira do quarto que foi rapidamente resolvido quando solicitamos apoio da recepção. Fora isso, tudo perfeito! EXCELENTE localização, é só virar a rua estavamos na Times Square e há 10 minutos andando do Central Park. Muitas opções de metrô perto, o quarto era bastante confortável e a equipe nos atendeu muito bem. Foi excelente a nossa estadia e tornou a viagem ainda mais especial!
Good location nice staff, shame room wasn't ready even though we arrived at 7pm! We arrived in the evening but our room was not ready. We were exhausted from travelling from Europe and then had to wait another 40 minutes in the lobby for our room to be cleaned. I was really upset about this. It's not really excepable service. Also the lighting in the room was very poor, in the window side there was absolutely no light, I couldn't read the instructions on the coffee machine or see properly in the mirror either. Choose a hotel with better service and facilities in the same area. The pillow is not comfortable! The wind level of air conditioning can't be adjusted, and noisy. The old style laundry machines use coins, and most time out of work. The front desk doesn't even have enough quarters for changing. It was very inconvenient for customers doing their laundry in hot summer days during stay there.
