Very Good I think it would be fair to inform guests about the security deposit right away. The location was great, rooms were very clean and it was possible to regulate the heating.

Great location. The lifts. I see in reviews that they have been upgraded recently. I’m not sure what more can be done, but there simply aren’t enough lifts to service the floors, even when all 3 are running and that didn’t seem to be always. I’m sure I must have read it somewhere but I was surprised that the US$100 security fee was per night. We were there for 5 nights. It’s a lot of money to have on hold! To be fair, it was refunded very promptly, but I’m not sure why they need to take so much. The room was a bit tired, but... read more
