Overall, it was a decent stay. A bit overpriced for what it offers, but still a solid option for a city vacation. There was no bottled water provided in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! Camera accogliente, colazione varia e personale gentile. La posizione è davvero perfetta, a pochi minuti da Times Square e da Central Park.

Exceptional Très bonne localisation. Propre et calme. Parfait pour visiter New-York. Nous avons pu repasser à l'hôtel régulièrement pour nous décharger du shopping avant de repartir en ballade. A 5 minutes de Time Square et à l'angle de Broadway.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room. Facilities could use some improvements. The elevator situation. There are three elevators. One seems to be just for employees. Another was down for a good portion of our stay. Elevator waits could be up to 15 minutes (when on the 33rd floor). Room was very clean, and kept clean throughout our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great with access to BroadWay, Times Square, and Central Park.
